Private Notebook Added to MoneyTracker
Private Notebook added to MoneyTracker
Thru it’s partnership with AMPLIFY Credit Union, Jwaala has been busy listening and responding to real member feedback and suggestions. A common thread in feedback was the desire to have a place to record more notes and information on day to day financial events.
MoneyTracker already allows members to add searchable notes to individual transactions (like adding “new Nikon camera” to a $500 Costco transaction). But members wanted more freeform, like a place to record information about a recent call with there cell phone provider disputing a charge, or a call with there insurance company questioning a claim.
In response, Jwaala has added the Private Notebook to MoneyTracker. This Private Notebook provides each member with a freeform area to record whatever notes they may have. These notes are searchable, private, and secure.
“Members told us that they are always jotting down important notes to themselves on sticky notes, or sending themselves information in an email, and that later they could never find the information when they needed it…” says Andrew Taylor, CTO of Jwaala. “We prototyped a solution to this problem called Private Notebook and tried it out with some members, it was a hit, so this feature is now a core part of MoneyTracker.”
