Truaxis, a leader in transaction-enabled services such as personalized card-linked discounts, has partnered with online banking solution provider, Jwaala, to launch StatementRewards to their credit union clients and reach millions of members using their Better Online Banking solution. Truaxis’ data-driven services platform allows financial institutions to provide personalized rewards and discounts, funded entirely by retailers, direct to their customers within the online or mobile banking environment. Truaxis’ platform supports a robust offer portfolio, with over 70,000 offers from nearly 40,000 local, regional and national merchants. Truaxis uses sophisticated algorithms to analyze its dynamic inventory and match appropriate offers to credit union members in real time for maximum user satisfaction.
“We saw Truaxis’ StatementRewards technology as a lightweight and seamless addition to our services offered for our FI clients,” explains Kelly Dowell, COO of Jwaala. “The entire process—analyzing offers, handling presentment, redemption, crediting the user’s account—is handled by Truaxis. It requires minimal interaction from the FI and can be easily rolled out across our entire customer base. Our clients win because, at no cost to them, they’re able to delight their members with savings from their favorite retailers.”
Truaxis’ personalized transaction-enabled services platform maximizes the value to credit union members by customizing rewards and discounts based on past purchase history, predictive analytics and collaborative filtering. Personalized offers have been shown to lift members’ share of spend and online engagement with their credit union, which deepens the relationship and increases member satisfaction and loyalty. Personalized offers are integrated within Jwaala’s Better Online Banking and Better Mobile Banking environments and presented via the credit union’s site.
“Continuing litigation and regulation on interchange fees have forced FIs to get creative with their rewards programs,” said Schwark Satyavolu, Co-Founder and CEO of Truaxis. “Truaxis’ StatementRewards platform provides relevant and valuable rewards to cardholders. We also offer the country’s largest merchant network and our patented bill analysis for categories such as gas, cable and wireless service. The result is that FIs working with Jwaala will increase their market competitiveness and member satisfaction by helping their members save hundreds of dollars yearly.”

WYOMISSING, Penn. – Utilities Employees CU said it signed with Jwaala to offer mobile banking and expand its online services.

Members will receive added personal finance tools to track transactions, establish budgets and goals, and securely store personal documents such as their receipts, the company said. Users will be able to categorize, search, sort, and graph their financial information and account transactions.
“The upgraded online and mobile banking platforms will further empower our members and simplify management of their finances,” said Glen Yeager, president of Utilities Employees.

Austin, Tx 8/11/11– Online banking solution provider, Jwaala, and payments solution provider, eWise, have partnered to offer a new online payment alternative for credit union members, merchants, and billers. Through this partnership, the Secure Vault Payments solution has been integrated into Jwaala’s Better Online Banking platform allowing users to make payments to online merchants and billers through simple, secure and immediate ACH transactions.
Secure Vault Payments (SVP) is a safe, secure and private online payment network developed by NACHA — The Electronic Payments Association® and eWise. Using the payment method, consumers simply select the SVP payment option on a merchant’s site. They are directed to their online banking site where they sign in and make the payment.
By using the financial institution’s online banking site and the ACH network, the payment is immediate, verified and does not require the consumer to create an account at the merchant site where confidential information is typically stored; making SVP the only payment option that offers consumers an online payment choice without sharing any personal account information.
Jwaala and eWise recently joined forces to provide the payment alternative to members of Utah based Mountain America Credit Union who has been live with Jwaala’s Better Online Banking platform since May. The SVP payment option will be available to all financial institutions deploying Jwaala’s Better Online Banking platform. Future innovations will include mobile access to the SVP.

09/28/2010 Austin, Texas. Jwaala, a leader in open, customizable online banking technology and Atlanta based Cardlytics have partnered to deliver an innovative, new, automated member rewards program through a financial institution’s online banking services. The program offers relevant and valuable rewards in a highly convenient manner, increasing retention rates and encouraging the use of the financial institution’s credit and debit cards.
The Cardlytics program extends targeted, cash-back merchant offers at the transaction detail level within online banking. A member accepts an offer by simply clicking to activate it. “The program comes with a bonus for the financial institution, as well” explains Kelly Dowell, COO Jwaala. “Not only is the feature free to deploy, it can provide a valuable revenue stream for the financial institution; since merchants pay to participate.
