How does it work for a member?

We worked long and hard on making the process as plain and simple as possible for members. We also worked hand in hand with Amplify FCU during the entire process, iterating on the solution until it was just right for members. What we ended up with was a 4 step process with a clean and usable interface (see screenshots below):

1) enter deposit information

• deposit description
• account to deposit to
• do you want email confirmations

2) enter check information

• amount, date, other basic infco
• enter as many checks as you like

3) confirm info

• just to make sure! nice readable sentences like
• Deposit account 123456 with description “rebates”
• Deposit 3 checks totalling $352.18

4) complete

• funds are available to the member
• instructions for mailing in checks

First time users can literally be done in 5 minutes! Compare that to driving to a branch!

Who can use it?

Jwaala HomeDeposits runs thru a qualification process for each member when they first use HomeDeposits. The qualification process determines the deposit limits for that member. For example, some members may qualify for $5000 using HomeDeposits, while other members may qualify for only $1000, and then some members may not qualify for the service at all. The HomeDeposit qualification process can be customized to meet your needs and requirements.

Backoffice personal with the appropriate role can also override the qualification tier. This makes it very easy to give that great member a higher limit, even if the automatic rules place them into a lower tier.

Seamlessly integrated with MoneyTracker

Jwaala HomeDeposit is available either as a standalone product, or seamlessly integrated with Jwaala’s award winning MoneyTracker product.
